How to Book Holiday Home Online in Advance?
Step to Step Guide for Advance Booking of Holiday Home 2025: Here’s a straightforward guide to reserving a Central Government Holiday Home online: To secure your stay, you must complete the entire process online. Below is a detailed walkthrough to assist you in making your reservation. Before you begin the online booking, ensure you have the necessary documents ready:
- Step 1: Visit the official esampada website.
- Step 2: Register by providing your appointment and promotion information. You will need to upload a copy of your appointment letter along with your most recent pay fixation order. Once registered, click on the “check availability” tab, which will open a new window. Here, select your desired guest accommodation and specify the check-in date (the starting date of your booking request). For instance, if you plan to check out on May 10, 2018, at noon, enter May 9, 2018 (note that bookings are allowed for a maximum of five days). Choose “DOE Delhi” as your booking agency. After submitting this information, a pop-up will display the available options.
- Step 3: Choose from the rooms available on your selected dates.
- Step 4: Complete all required fields and upload a photo along with an ID proof. If you are not the one visiting, upload a photo of the guest instead. After entering all the details, proceed to make the payment.
- Step 5: Upon finishing the application form, if rooms are available, the system will redirect you to the payment gateway. Here, you will need to pay the booking charges along with any convenience, transaction, or service fees shown on your screen using either debit card or internet banking.
- Step 6: Choose one of two payment methods: Net banking or Debit/Credit card. After selecting your preferred option, click the “Pay” tab. This action will take you to your bank’s page to complete the payment. Once the bank confirms your successful payment, the system will allocate the room to you, and a booking confirmation slip will be generated along with an SMS notification.
- Step 7: Click on the print option to obtain your booking receipt. Make sure to get the signature of the Head of Establishment and the official seal on this receipt. Lastly, submit the confirmation slip for verification at the Holiday Home counter.
